One man charged in October bank robbery

The Calgary Police Service Robbery Unit has charged one man in relation to a bank robbery that occurred earlier this week, on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015.

At approximately 4:30 p.m., a man entered the TD Canada Trust located in the 3800 block of 17 Avenue S.W., and presented a robbery note demanding money. The man obtained an undisclosed amount of money and fled the bank. No weapon was indicated or seen and no one was injured during the robbery.

On Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2015, Bronson Wilfred PALMANTIER, 20, of Calgary, was arrested and charged with one count of robbery. His next court appearance is Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015.
