PSA: Shaganappi Point driving range opens March 30

(CALGARY) – The City of Calgary’s Shaganappi Point Driving Range, located at 1200 – 26 Street SW, is scheduled to open March 30, 2013. The driving range will be open seven days a week from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. A regular bucket of golf balls cost $7; a jumbo bucket $13.75.

Please note that driving range conditions and hours of operation may change in the event of inclement weather.

Subsequent openings of municipal golf courses and driving ranges will be announced on Calgary.ca.

Currently, The City operates eight golf courses in six locations. Three sites offer driving ranges including Shaganappi Point, McCall Lake and Confederation Park. McCall Lake Golf Course and driving range will be open during the 2013 and 2014 golf season.
