As of 3:00 p.m., 151 voting stations have reported and the preliminary voter turn out for the 2013 General Election is 75,145 or 11.25%. In 2010 at 4:00 p.m. the voter turn out was 141,826 or 21.33%.

As of noon, 151 voting stations have reported and the preliminary voter turn out for the 2013 General Election is 27,302 voters or 4.09%. In 2010 at 11:30 a.m. the voter turn out was 42,166 or 6.34%.
