Inspiring art created by Calgary children shows that they have "ALL the RIGHT ANSWERS"

More than 100 works of art done by Calgary children will be on public display starting tomorrow.

The 26th Annual Exhibition of Children’s Art, “ALL RIGHT ANSWERS”, opens April 18 and runs until May 9 at The Museum of Contemporary Art Calgary (MOCA).

”It is so exciting to see the pride in these young artists being able to display and share their work,” said Cori Stent, Supervisor at Wildflower Arts Centre. “This exhibit celebrates a year’s worth of exploration, creativity and imagination.”

“ALL RIGHT ANSWERS” opening reception is on April 18 and the public is welcome to attend to celebrate the uniqueness of artwork created by these artists aged 3 to 17. The collection is comprised of youthful imagination, translated through mediums such as painting, cartooning, clay sculpture, pen and ink drawing, and mixed media.

“We are very proud of these pieces created at our North Mount Pleasant and Wildflower Art Centres,” said Stent.

Tuesdays through Fridays 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays 12-4 p.m.
