City hosts public information session on application to redevelop Harvest Hills Golf Course

(Calgary, AB) –The City of Calgary is hosting a public information session tonight about an application to redevelop the Harvest Hills Golf Course.

On July 7, The City received an application from QuantumPlace Developments, on behalf of Cedarglen Homes, to redevelop the Harvest Hills Golf Course with the intention of building approximately 692 new residences (175 single detached, 58 semidetached, 127 rowhouses, 332 mid-rise residential).

City staff are now beginning their review of this application and invite the public to attend a drop-in information session to meet the project team, learn more about how this application will be processed and provide feedback. The developer will also be in attendance to share details of their proposal and answer questions.

“Over the next several months, we’re going to be reviewing the application to redevelop the Harvest Hills Golf Course,” says Rick Michalenko, Senior Planner with The City’s Planning Department.  “We’re interested to hear from the public so that we can incorporate their feedback into our review.”
