City Fire crews respond to early morning 2 alarm fire

The Calgary Fire Department received a call at 6:20 a.m. this morning for a two-alarm fire at a restaurant in the 100 block of 7ave S.W. Due to the location of the incident fire vehicles blocked off the C-Train tracks for a period of time.

By 8:00 a.m. the fire was under control and C-Train service resumed. Fire crews are remaining on scene and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
