Calgary road closures - November 13, 2013

Southwest

13 Avenue S.W. will be closed between 2 Street S.W. and 4 Street S.W. from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13 for utility work.

Two left lanes will be closed on 5 Avenue S.W. between 5 Street S.W. and 4 Street S.W. from 9 a.m. on Friday, November 15 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, November 16. One lane will reopen to accommodate rush hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, November 15.

10 Avenue S.W. will be closed between 4 Street S.W. and 5 Street S.W. from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 16.

Southeast

The northbound lane of 36 Street S.E. will be closed from 21 Avenue S.E. to 23 Avenue S.E. from 7 a.m. on Saturday, November 16 to 7 p.m. on Sunday November 17.

The southbound right lane on 52 Street S.E. at Peigan Trail will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, November 14 to allow for new roadway construction. Speed will be reduced to 50 km/h and will remain in effect 24/7 due to construction.

The northbound and southbound left lanes on 52 Street S.E. at Peigan Trail will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, November 15. Speed will be reduced to 50 km/h and will remain in effect 24/7 due to construction.

3 Street S.E. between 6 Avenue S.E. and 5 Avenue S.E. will be reduced to a single lane in each direction from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, November 14.

3 Street S.E. between 11 Avenue S.E. and 10 Avenue S.E. will be fully closed from 8 a.m. on Friday, November 15 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, November 17.

Northeast

Edmonton Trail N.E. will be reduced to one lane in each direction between 20 Avenue N.E. and 21 Avenue N.E. at 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 16.

Northwest

Memorial Drive N.W. between Centre Street and 3 Street N.W. will be reduced to a single lane in each direction starting on Wednesday, November 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. until Monday, December 23.

Temporary lane closures will occur on Stoney Trail from Country Hills Boulevard to Deerfoot Trail from 6:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 13 until the end of the week. Motorists are advised to watch for traffic controls. Speed will be reduced during this time, and delays are expected.

The southbound lane on 29 Street N.W. at Parkdale Boulevard N.W. will be closed from 9 a.m. on Thursday, November 14 until 6 p.m. on Friday, November 15.

The westbound lane on John Laurie Boulevard N.W. at McKnight Boulevard N.W. will be reduced to one lane from 9 a.m. on Friday, November 15 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 16.
