311 Call Centre experiencing technical difficulties

The City of Calgary's 311 call centre has been experiencing some disruption to its phone service today. As a result, some callers have been unable to access 311 by telephone. The City of Calgary is working with Shaw to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Instead of calling 311, Calgarians can also access City services and information by visiting www.calgary.ca or through the free 311 mobile application available through the iTunes store.

Residents should only call 911 if they require fire, police or ambulance service due to an emergency situation, not as an alternative for accessing 311 services.
