Traffic advisory - AMA School Safety Patrol Picnic

Please be advised that on Thursday, June 4, 2015, AMA will be holding their annual School Safety Patrol picnic at Heritage Park Historical Village.

Approximately 7,000 youth will be in attendance and will be transported in on 200 school buses between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., and then away from the park between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Given the large volume of traffic in those short periods of time, motorists can expect traffic delays in the area and are being asked to avoid surrounding roads if at all possible.
