South CTrain service disruptions continue through the afternoon commute

During this afternoon’s rush hour, CTrains on the 201 Red Line will not be travelling between Chinook Station and Victoria Park Stampede Station. (There is no service at 39 Avenue and Elrton/Stampede Stations.)

Shuttle buses are in place to connect customers to stations without CTrain service. Customers can catch the shuttle bus at the following locations:

  • Chinook Station: in the Chinook Station bus loop
  • 39 Avenue Station: Northbound/Southbound Macleod Trail at 39th Avenue – Route 10 bus stops
  • Erlton/Stampede Station: in the Erlton Station Bus loop
  • Victoria Park/Stampede Station: Northbound Macleod Trail at 17 Avenue/ Southbound 1st Street East at 17 Avenue
  • City Hall Station: Northbound Macleod Trail at 7 Avenue and southbound 1 Street S.E. at 7 Avenue

Crews have been working on site throughout the day, and are expected to have the system up and running later this evening. We want to thank customers for their patience during this disruption to service.
