2 Avenue S.W. east of 2 Street S.W., (cul-de-sac) will be closed, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 9, for the 2013 Chinese New Year’s Carnival celebration.

Southeast
Enmax will be stringing transmission lines by Helicopter across both the north and southbound lanes of Deerfoot Trail S.E. and associated ramps 500 m south of Marquis of Lorne Tr. (Hwy 22x). Traffic will be channelled into a single lane closure in both directions and stopped by flag persons throughout the day on Friday February 8, February 9 and February 10 starting at 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Starting 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 13, 84 Street S.E., south of Venture Avenue S.E. will be reduced to 50 kilometres. There will be periodic stopping of traffic by flagman, to allow for utility construction related to the new Enmax Energy Centre. This phase of construction is expected to last until March 1, 2013.
Deerfoot Trail S.E. and Seton Boulevard S.E., motorists travelling northbound on Deerfoot Trail S.E. will have access to one lane of Seton Boulevard S.E., from 10 p.m. Friday, February 8 to 6 a.m. Saturday, February 9, for installation of new signs.
The right lane of northbound Shawville Boulevard south of 162 Avenue S.E. will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily Monday, February 11 and Tuesday, February 12 to allow for a new gas service installation. In addition, the east sidewalk will be closed adjacent to the construction site during the same time.
Eastbound 12 Avenue S.E. between Centre Street and 1 Street S.E., two right lanes and parking lane closed, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 9, for signal maintenance.
3 Street S.E. between 9 Avenue and 6 Avenue S.E. will be closed from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, February 17 for realignment of the traffic pattern.
Southwest
1 Street S.W. between 6 Avenue S.W. and 7 Avenue S.W., will be closed, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily, from Sunday, January 27 to February 19, for building demolition.

37 Street S.W. at 19 Avenue S.W., will be reduced to one lane in each direction, from 7 p.m. Friday, February 8 to 5 a.m. Monday, February 11, for underground utility work.
2 Avenue S.W. between 2 Street S.W. and 3 Street S.W., will be closed, from 6 p.m. Friday, February 8 to 5 p.m. Sunday, February 10, for construction.

10 Street N.W. (Louise Bridge) at Memorial Drive, the right lane will be closed, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. daily, from Wednesday, February 6 to Thursday, February 7, for construction work.
