Message from Perras Family Regarding Today's Funeral

The Perras/Miller family has decided to openly invite the media to join us at Kaiti's celebration at 1 p.m., today, at the First Alliance Church.

The stipulations are:

1. Absolutely no cameras in the building or parking lot

2. Absolutely no interviews inside the church or in the parking lot

If family and friends want to seek out the interviewers or cameras on the street, they will be directed towards the media.
