2 Avenue S.W. east of 2 Street S.W., (cul-de-sac) will be closed, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 9, for the 2013 Chinese New Year’s Carnival celebration.

Northeast
44 Avenue N.E. at 40 Street N.E., eastbound road closed, from 11 a.m. Thursday, January 31 to 6 p.m. Saturday, February 2, for emergency water repairs.
Southeast
Acadia Drive S.E. between Mapledale Place S.E. and Maplecroft Road S.E., reduced to single lane in both directions, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, on Thursday, January 31 to Friday, February 1, for emergency water repairs. Alternate routes are recommended as delays are expected in this area.

Northbound Macleod Trail S.E. at 18 Avenue S.E., the left lane will be closed, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, January 31, for street light standard replacement.
Westbound 11 Avenue S.E. east of 1 Street S.E., the left lane and south-side sidewalk will be closed, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 2, for construction.
Westbound Highway 22X onto southbound Chaparral Boulevard S.E., two left lanes will be closed and motorists may experience traffic delays, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on February 1, 2 and 4, for road construction.
Northbound Macleod Trail between 34 Avenue S.E. and 36 Avenue S.E., two right lanes will be closed, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, February 2, for overhead sign maintenance. Speed limit will be reduced to 50 km/h.
6 Avenue S.E. between Macleod Trail and 3 Street S.E., eastbound only will be closed, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, from Saturday, February 2 to Sunday, February 3, for construction.
Southwest
1 Street S.W. between 6 Avenue S.W. and 7 Avenue S.W., will be closed, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily, from Sunday, January 27 to February 19, for building demolition.
