Calgary road closures and lane restrictions - October 22, 2013
Southwest
Oakfield Drive will be reduced to one lane in each direction just south of Oakwood Drive at 8 a.m. on Thursday, October 24 until 7 p.m. on Friday, October 25.
Lyle Avenue is closed between 20 Street S.W. and Laurentian Way S.W. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29 for excavation work.
85 Street S.W. will be closed at 26 Avenue S.W. for utility installations starting at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, October 23for approximately one week. Northbound traffic will be redirected to 69 Street S.W. to 17 Avenue S.W. for access. Southbound traffic will be redirected to 69 Street S.W. to Springbank Boulevard S.W.
Westbound 17 Avenue S.W. will be reduced to one lane between 5 Street S.W. and 5A Street S.W. on Wednesday, October 23 until Friday, October 25for utility work. The sidewalk will also be closed during this time.
Southeast
The right lane is closed on eastbound 17 Avenue S.E. at 38 Street S.E. until Thursday, October 24 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
The right lane is closed on westbound 17 Avenue S.E. at 38 Street S.E. until Wednesday, October 23 at 3 p.m. for roadwork.
Northeast
Edmonton Trail will be closed between 33 Avenue and 37 Avenue N.E. starting Thursday, October 24 at 7 p.m. for approximately one week for utility work. Local access will be maintained. More information is available at www.calgary.ca/edmontontrail .
Southbound Barlow Trail N.E. is reduced to one lane at 16 Avenue N.E. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily until Friday, November 8 for roadwork. The ramp from eastbound 16 Avenue to southbound
Barlow Trail will be narrowed during this time.
10 Avenue N.E. is closed at 4 Street N.E. until Wednesday, October 23 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily for utility work.
Northwest
Eastbound 64 Avenue N.W. is reduced to one lane at Métis Trail from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily until Friday, October 25 for roadwork.
