Calgary road closures - March 7, 2014

Northwest

Bowness Road N.W. will be closed between 47 Street and 48 Street N.W. from 7 p.m. on Friday, March 7 until 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 9 for utility work.

5 Avenue N.W. will be closed between 19 Street N.W. and 20 Street N.W. from 7 p.m. on Friday, March 7 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 9 due to utility work.

85 Street N.W. will be reduced to one lane in each direction from south of 46 Avenue N.W. to 47 Avenue N.W. until Monday, March 10 due to building construction.

Southbound 85 Street N.W. will be reduced to one lane from 47 Avenue N.W. to 48 Avenue N.W. from 8 a.m. until Monday, March 10.

Northeast

Northbound Centre Street will be reduced to one lane at 12 Avenue N.E. from 6 a.m. on Saturday, March 8 until 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 9 for utility work.

The ramp from Northbound Métis Trail to eastbound 64 Avenue N.E. will be narrowed on Saturday, March 8 at 6 a.m. until Sunday, March 9 at 8 p.m. for railing installations.

Southeast

Heritage Drive will be reduced to one lane in each direction at 77 Avenue S.E. from 7 a.m. on Saturday, March 8 until 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 9 for signal and utility work.

The right lane will be closed on southbound 52 Street S.E., north of 64 Avenue S.E. from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 8 for utility repairs. The speed will be restricted to 50 km/h during this time.

The sidewalk will be closed on the north side of 9 Avenue S.E. between 3 Street S.E. and 4 Street S.E. until 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19 due to building construction.

Southbound 24 Street S.E. will be reduced to one lane at 107 Avenue S.E./18 Street S.E. from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 8 due to traffic signal work.

Eastbound 107 Avenue S.E./18 street S.E. will be reduced to one lane at 24 Street S.E. from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 8 due to traffic signal work.

Southwest

8 Avenue S.W. will be closed between 3 Street S.W. and 4 Street S.W. from 6 p.m. on Friday, March 7 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 8 for building construction.

Two right lanes will be closed on 5 Avenue S.W. between 1 Street S.W. and 2 Street S.W. from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 8 due to construction.

16 Avenue S.W. will be closed west of 12 Street S.W. until Monday, March 10 for utility work.

The right lane on Macleod Trail will be closed between 7 Avenue S.E. and 8 Avenue S.E. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily from Wednesday, March 12 to Thursday, March 13.

Sunday, March 16 from 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

• 21 Street S.W. will be closed between 50 Avenue S.W. and 58 Avenue S.W.
• 19 Street S.W. will be closed between 50 Avenue S.W. and 58 Avenue S.W.
• Eastbound 50 Avenue S.W. between 20 Street S.W. and 14a Street S.W., will be reduced to one lane.
