Calgary road closures - March 6, 2014

Northwest

5 Avenue N.W. will be closed between 19 Street N.W. and 20 Street N.W. from 7 p.m. on Friday, March 7 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 9 due to utility work.

85 Street N.W. will be reduced to one lane in each direction from south of 46 Avenue N.W. to 47 Avenue N.W. from 8 a.m. on Monday, March 3 to Monday, March 10 due to building construction.

Southbound 85 Street N.W. will be reduced to one lane from 47 Avenue N.W. to 48 Avenue N.W. from 8 a.m. on Monday, March 3 to Monday, March 10.

Southeast

6 Avenue S.E. will be closed between 4 Street S.E. and 5 Street S.E. from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, March 7 due to building construction.

The sidewalk will be closed on the north side of 9 Avenue S.E. between 3 Street S.E. and 4 Street S.E. from Thursday, March 6 to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19 due to building construction.

Southbound 24 Street S.E. will be reduced to one lane at 107 Avenue S.E./18 Street S.E. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, March 7 and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 8 due to traffic signal work.

Eastbound 107 Avenue S.E./18 street S.E. will be reduced to one lane at 24 Street S.E. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, March 7 and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 8 due to traffic signal work.

Southwest

8 Avenue S.W. will be closed between 3 Street S.W. and 4 Street S.W. from 6 p.m. on Friday, March 7 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 8 due to building construction.

Two right lanes will be closed on 5 Avenue S.W. between 1 Street S.W. and 2 Street S.W. from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 8 due to construction.

16 Avenue S.W. will be closed west of 12 Street S.W. on Monday, February 24 to Monday, March 10 due to utility work.

Safety Expo 2014

The right lane on Macleod Trail will be closed between 7 Avenue S.E. and 8 Avenue S.E. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily from Wednesday, March 12 to Thursday, March 13.
