Northeast

UPDATE: Reduced lanes southbound on Barlow Trail N.E. south of Country Hills Boulevard N.E. and on westbound Country Hills Boulevard N.E. approaching this intersection from Tuesday, July 4 at 9 a.m. to Friday, July 21 at 6 p.m. Closure is to accommodate construction.

NEW: Reduced lanes eastbound and westbound on Coral Springs Boulevard N.E. between Coral Springs Place N.E, and Coral Sands Terrace N.E. beginning on Thursday, July 13 to Sunday, July 16 at 6 p.m. Closure is to accommodate emergency utility work.

NEW: Reduced lane westbound on Country Hills Boulevard N.E. between Barlow Trail N.E. and 25 Street N.E. beginning on Friday, July 14 to Friday, July 21 daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Speeds will be reduced to 50 km/h through the work zone. Closure is to accommodate construction.

NEW: Road closure on Marbank Drive N.E. at 52 Street N.E. with reduced lanes northbound and southbound on 52 Street N.E. between Marlborough Drive N.E. and 16 Avenue N.E. beginning on Friday, July 14 at 7 p.m. to Monday, July 17 at 5 a.m. Vehicle and pedestrian detours will be indicated via signage. Closure is to accommodate utility work.

NEW: Reduced lane eastbound on Memorial Drive N.E. between 9 Street N.E. and 12 Street N.E. on Saturday, July 15 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Speeds will be reduced to 60 km/h through the work area. A flagman will be on site to direct traffic. Closure is to accommodate construction

Northwest

Reduced lanes on 16 Avenue and 29 Street N.W. starting Thursday, July 13 at 6 p.m. until Friday, July 14 at 6 p.m. This work accommodates construction.

Various reduced lanes on northbound and westbound intersection of 16 Avenue N.W. and 29 Street N.W. originally scheduled for Tuesday, July 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. has been rescheduled for Friday, July 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Road closure on 17 Avenue N.W. between 7 Street N.W. and 8 Street N.W. beginning on Wednesday, July 12 to Friday, July 14 daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Road will be open to local traffic only. Vehicle detour will be indicated via signage. Closure is to accommodate construction.

Reduced lane westbound on 16 Avenue N.W. between University Drive N.W. and Uxbridge Drive beginning on Monday, July 3 to Friday, July 21 weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closure is to accommodate construction.

Reduced lanes in both directions of Hidden Creek Drive N.W. at Beddington Trail N.W. daily from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays beginning on Friday, June 30. This closure also occurs from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends, and continues daily during these hours until 3 p.m. on Friday, July 14. This closure accommodates intersection improvements.

Reduced lanes on westbound 16 Avenue N.W. west of 14 Street N.W. daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. During this closure, the speed limit will be reduced to 50 km/hr. through the construction zone. This closure continues daily during these hours until 3 p.m. on Monday, July 17. Closure is to accommodate construction.

16 Avenue NW / Home Road project

• Reduced lane on westbound 16 Avenue N.W. between 49 Street N.W. and 46 Street N.W. beginning on Monday, June 19 to Saturday, July 15 weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Business access is to be maintained. Closure is to accommodate construction.
• Reduced lanes eastbound on 16 Avenue N.W. at 29 Street N.W. / Uxbridge Drive N.W. beginning on Monday, April 17 to Friday, July 21 weekdays from 9 A.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Note – there will not be a set up on Saturday, July 1 only). Speeds will be reduced to 50 km/h through the work area. Closure is to accommodate construction.

16 Avenue N.W. at 29 Street N.W. / Uxbridge Drive N.W. will see various lane closures until the end of October, 2017 as part of an intersection improvement project.

16 Ave NW / Bowfort Road Interchange Improvements

• UPDATE: Reduced lane westbound on 16 Avenue N.W. between Sarcee Trail N.W. and Bowfort Road N.W. beginning on Monday, July 10 to Saturday, July 15 daily from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Speed reduced to 50 km/h through the work area. Closure is to accommodate construction.

UPDATE: Reduced lane eastbound on 130 Avenue S.E. from 52 Street S.E. to 175 meters to the east beginning on Tuesday, July 11 to Wednesday, July 19 weekdays daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Speeds will be reduced through the construction zone. This closure is to accommodate utility work.

NEW: Road closure on 6 Avenue S.E. between 5 Street S.E. and Confluence Way S.E. beginning on Monday, July 17 at 7 a.m. to Monday, July 31 at 7 p.m. Vehicle detour will be indicated via signage. Use alternate route and expect delays. Closure is to accommodate utility work.

NEW: Road closure on 4 Street S.E. between 58 Avenue S.E. and 60 Avenue S.E. beginning on Monday, July 17 at 8 a.m. to Friday, August 4 at 7 p.m. Access will be available to local traffic only. Vehicle detour indicated via signage. Closure is to accommodate utility work.

Glenmore Trail / Ogden Interchange

• The right lane will be closed on northbound and southbound Ogden Road S.E. at Glenmore Trail S.E. daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, July 10 to Friday, July 14.

• There will be various lane closures on southbound Macleod Trail S.E. between Shawnessy Boulevard S.E. / Midlake Boulevard S.E. and 162 Avenue S.E. / Sun Valley Boulevard S.E. from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily on Monday, July 10 to Friday, July 14.
• There will be various lane closures on northbound Macleod Trail S.E. between 162 Avenue S.E. / Sun Valley Boulevard S.E. and Shawnessy Boulevard S.E. / Midlake Boulevard S.E. from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily on Monday, July 10 to Friday, July 14.
• Reduced lanes on Sun Valley Boulevard S.E. at Macleod Trail S.E. daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, July 10 to Wednesday, July 12.

210 Avenue S.E. between Sheriff King Street and MacLeod Trail S.E. will be closed until Monday, July 31. This closure accommodates utility work. Please use alternate routes.

Southbound 3 Street S.E. between 6 Avenue and 8 Avenue S.E. will be closed until early July. Access to Lot 47 will be available at all times and can only be accessed from 9 Avenue S.E. Please use alternate routes and expect delays. This closure accommodates the 3 Street corridor improvement project.

Southwest

NEW: Reduced lane southbound on 8 Street S.W. between 15 Avenue S.W. and 17 Avenue S.W. beginning on Monday, July 17 to Friday, July 28 weekdays daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The west side back lane will also be closed at 8 Street S.W. This closure accommodates construction work.

NEW: Various reduced lanes on 8 Street S.W. between 8 Avenue S.W. and 10 Avenue S.W. beginning on Monday, July 17 at 7 a.m. to Wednesday, July 26 at 7 p.m. These closures are to accommodate a public art installation on the underpass.

NEW: Various reduced lanes on 5 Street S.W. between 6 Avenue S.W. and 8 Avenue S.W. beginning Monday, July 17 to Friday, July 21 daily from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m. Cycle track detour will be indicated via signage. This closure is to accommodate overhead plus fifteen work.

NEW: Reduced lanes eastbound and westbound on 17 Avenue S.W. between 8 Street S.W. and 9 Street S.W. beginning on Monday, July 17 to Friday, July 21 daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pedestrian detour will be indicated via signage. This closure is to accommodate construction.

17 Avenue S. reconstruction project
