Calgary road closures - January 8, 2014

Northwest

Memorial Drive will be reduced to one lane in each direction at 5A Street N.W. from 7 p.m. on Friday, January 10 to 10 p.m. on Sunday, January 12 due to construction. 

Southwest

Shawnee Drive will be closed west of 6 Street S.W. from 8 a.m. on Friday, January 10 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 11 due to utility work.

Southeast

Seton Boulevard S.E. will be closed between Auburn Bay Street S.E. and Auburn Bay Link S.E. daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Thursday, January 9 to Saturday, January 11 due to utility work.

There will be various lane closures on 53 Avenue between 4 Street S.E. and 6 Street S.E.  At this time 53 Avenue will be reduced to one lane and workers will be directing traffic through alternating westbound and eastbound lane closures from Thursday, January 9 to Saturday, January 25 due to utility work.

Southbound Macleod Trail will be reduced to three lanes at 14 Avenue S.E. daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Tuesday, January 7 to Friday, January 10 and Monday, January 13 due to utility work.
