Calgary road closures - February21, 2014

Northwest

Bowness Road will be closed between 47 Street N.W. and 48 Street N.W. from 7 p.m. on Friday, February 21 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, February 23 due to utility work.

Northbound Nose Hill Drive will be reduced to one lane at Silver Springs Road N.W. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily until Friday, February 28 due to construction.

Northeast

Eastbound Memorial Drive will be reduced to two lanes at 9 Street N.E. (Bridgeland LRT station) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily from Monday, February 3 to Friday, February 28 due to LRT construction.

Southwest

16 Avenue S.W. will be closed west of 12 Street S.W. on Monday, February 24 to Wednesday, March 5 due to utility work.

5 Avenue S.W. will be reduced to three lanes between 1 Street S.W. and 2 Street S.W. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily from Wednesday, February 19 to Friday, February 21 and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 22 due to construction.

Southeast

6 Avenue S.E. will be closed between 4 Street S.E. and 5 Street S.E. from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, February 22 due to building construction.

Eastbound and westbound Glenmore Trail will have various lane closures between 18 Street S.E and 31 Street S.E. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily from Monday, February 24 until Friday, February 28 to allow for crews to do road survey work. Speed will be reduced to 50 km/h at this time.

Eastbound 58 Avenue S.E. will be reduced to one lane at 4 Street S.E. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, February 21 and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 22 due to utility work.

Westbound 11 Avenue S.E. will be reduced to two lanes at 3 Street S.E. from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily from Thursday, February 13 to Saturday, February 22 due to utility work.

9 Avenue S.E. will be reduced to one lane between 4 Street S.E. and 5 Street S.E. from 9 a.m. on Monday, January 27 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 1 due to utility work.
