Calgary road closures - February 6, 2014

Northeast

36 Avenue N.E. will be closed west of Edmonton Trail from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, February 7 and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 8 due to construction.

Eastbound Memorial Drive will be reduced to two lanes at 9 Street N.E. (Bridgeland LRT station) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily from Monday, February 3 to Friday, February 28 due to LRT construction.

Edmonton Trail will be reduced to one lane in each direction from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily from Thursday, February, 6 to Friday, February7 and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 8 due to construction.

Southwest

There will be various lane closures at Elbow Drive and 75 Avenue S.W. beginning Friday, February 7 to Sunday, February 9 due to utility work.

5 Avenue S.W. will be reduced to one lane between 4 Street S.W. and 5 Street S.W. from 6 p.m. on Friday, February 7 to 5 a.m. on Monday, February 10 due to a water main break.

11 Avenue S.W. will be reduced to two lanes at 8 Street S.W. from 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 5 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, February 8 due to a water main break.

Elbow Drive S.W. will be reduced to a single lane in each direction at Heritage Dr. S.W. from 10 p.m. on Thursday, February 6 to 6 a.m. on Friday, February 7. Left hand turns will be prohibited at this time.

Heritage Drive S.W. will be reduced to a single lane in each direction at Elbow Dr. S.W. from 10 p.m. on Thursday, February 6 to 6 a.m. on Friday, February 7. Left hand turns will be prohibited at this time.

Southeast

Westbound 11 Avenue S.E. will be reduced to two lanes at 3 Street S.E. from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily from Thursday, February 6 to Wednesday, February 12 due to utility work.

Eastbound 17 Avenue S.E. will be reduced to one lane between 19 Street S.E. and Deerfoot Trail from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily from Monday, January 20 to Friday, February 14. On Saturdays the lanes will be reduced between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

9 Avenue S.E. will be reduced to one lane between 4 Street S.E. and 5 Street S.E. from 9 a.m. on Monday, January 27 to 6 p.m. on Friday, February 14 due to utility work.
