Calgary road closures - February 25, 2014

Northwest

Northbound Nose Hill Drive will be reduced to one lane at Silver Springs Road N.W. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily until Friday, February 28 due to construction.

Northeast

Edmonton Trail will be reduced to one lane in each direction at 36 Avenue N.E. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26 due to utility work.

Eastbound Memorial Drive will be reduced to two lanes at 9 Street N.E. (Bridgeland LRT station) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily from Monday, February 3 to Friday, February 28 due to LRT construction.

Southwest

16 Avenue S.W. will be closed west of 12 Street S.W. on Monday, February 24 to Wednesday, March 5 due to utility work.

Southeast

11 Street S.E. will be reduced to one lane in each direction at 18 Avenue S.E. from 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 25 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 26 due to utility work. Traffic will be directed to the east side of 11 Street S.E. and 18 Avenue S.E. will be closed west of 11 Street S.E.

Eastbound and westbound Glenmore Trail will have various lane closures between 18 Street S.E and 31 Street S.E. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily from Monday, February 24 until Friday, February 28 to allow for crews to do road survey work. Speed will be reduced to 50 km/h at this time.

9 Avenue S.E. will be reduced to one lane in each direction between 4 Street S.E. and 5 Street S.E. from 9 a.m. on Monday, January 27 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 1 due to utility work.
