Northwest
Northbound Crowchild Trail will be reduced to one lane at 2 Avenue N.W. on Saturday, December 21 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. due to utility work.
Southwest
2 Avenue S.W. will be closed between 5 Street S.W. and 6 Street S.W. from 6 p.m. on Friday, December 20 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, December 22 due to building construction.
3 Avenue S.W. will be closed between 5 Street S.W. and 6 Street S.W. from 6 p.m. on Friday, December 20 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, December 22 due to building construction.
11 Avenue S.W. will be closed between 1 Street S.W. and 2 Street S.W. on Saturday, December 21 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. due to building construction.
Southeast
Olympic Way S.E. will be reduced to one lane at 11 Avenue S.E. on Friday, December 20 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. due to building construction.
6 Avenue S.E. will be closed between 4 Street S.E. and 5 Street S.E. on Friday, December 20 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. due to building construction.
Special Events
36th Annual Mac's Midget International Hockey Tournament
The Max Bell Arena entrance and exit will be limited to right-in and right-out traffic onto Barlow Trail S.W. from Thursday, December 26 to Wednesday, January 1. This is to facilitate traffic flow.
27th Annual Lion's Festival of Lights
14 Street N.W. between 24 Avenue N.W. and Rosehill Drive N.W. will have slow moving traffic nightly until Wednesday, January 8. Motorists should use extra care, be aware of pedestrians and reduce their speed in this area.
Calgary Interfaith Food Bank
Northbound 11 Street S.E. between 46 Avenue S.E. and Highfield Drive S.E. will be reduced by one lane from Monday, December 2 until Monday, December 23 to accommodate extra parking.
