14 Street NW between 24 Ave and Northmount Drive is closed completely.

There is Debris covering the sidewalk/multi-use pathway on the west side of 14 Street between Rosevale Drive and Rosedale Drive the Detour to the east sidewalk.

Traffic Accommodation in place for AM Peak including road closure/detours/DMS signs/signal timing changes.

Commuters are advised to avoid the area and take alternate routes.
