At approximately 3:45 a.m., on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015, police received a call from security guards at a parkade in the 200 block of 6 Avenue S.W. The guards had come across a severely beaten woman who had been sexually assaulted in one of the parkade's stairwells.

A woman in her 40s suffered serious injuries and was transported to hospital.

The photos and video released today was captured from CCTV within the parkade and show the man wearing a black and grey backpack.

The second man is a person of interest, and is described as brown-skinned, possibly of Middle Eastern descent, with a slim build. He was wearing a tracksuit and a red coat.
