Seeking public assistance – Sunridge bank robbery

The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance following a bank robbery that occurred in Sunridge yesterday afternoon.

On Thursday, June 25, 2015, at approximately 12:30 p.m., a man robbed the Bank of Montreal branch located in the 2500 block of 32 Street N.E.  The suspect approached the teller and presented a robbery note. He was given an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the scene.

No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as male, 30 to 35 years of age, 5’6”, 160 to 170 lbs with a slim build. He had short, dark hair, brown eyes and was clean-shaven. He was wearing a dark baseball cap, a light blue jacket and faded blue jeans.
