Seeking Public Assistance – Sexual Assault

The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance following a sexual assault that took place earlier this month.

At approximately 11:45 p.m., on Sunday, May 17, 2015, a woman was walking in the 200 block of Heritage Drive S.E. She noted that she was being followed closely by a male. The male struck her on the buttocks and yelled vulgarities at her while running away northbound toward the apartment complex located in the 0 to 100 block of Frobisher Blvd S.E.

The male is described as Aboriginal, in his 20s, 5’9” to 5’10” tall, and 150 lbs. He was wearing baggy clothing, a grey hooded sweatshirt and camouflage-print cargo pants.
