Seeking Public Assistance - Vehicle Wanted in Connection to Shooting
The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance to locate a vehicle believed to be involved in the shooting of a man earlier this week.
At approximately 9:15 a.m., Monday, Sept. 21, 2015, police were called to the 4500 block of 7 Avenue S.E. for reports of a man who had been shot. The man in his 20s was taken to hospital where he remains in serious but stable condition.
After speaking with numerous witnesses, investigators believe a dark-coloured Nissan Pathfinder, possibly a 2007-2011, or similar mid-sized SUV may be involved. The vehicle may be bearing a license plate that ends in 7585.
