Seeking public assistance - suspicious person

The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance following a report of a suspicious person in the southeast.

At approximately 1:30 p.m., yesterday, Sunday, Dec. 21, 2014, a woman and her daughter were walking along 83 Avenue and Fairmont Drive S.W. when the woman noticed a man walking closely behind them. The woman crossed the street with her daughter and both parties continued eastbound on opposite sides of the road.

The man called out to the woman and when she turned around he exposed himself. She yelled at him at which time he ran away.
 
The man is described as Caucasian, slim build, approximately 5’ 6”, with short brown hair as well as facial hair. He is believed to have been wearing a brown hoodie, grey sweatpants and running shoes.
