Seeking Public Assistance - Financial Institution Robbery

The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance for information regarding a financial institution robbery last night.

At approximately 10:25 p.m., Monday, Sept. 29, 2014, a man entered the Money Mart located in the 1400 block of 17 Avenue S.W. Once inside he approached the teller and demanded money. The teller was able to retreat to the back of the store and the man fled.

The man is described as Caucasian, in his 20s, between 5’9” and 5’11” tall, with short brown hair and was clean shaven.
