Seeking Public Assistance - Domestic-Related Warrants

The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance in locating a man wanted on outstanding domestic-related warrants.

Julio Cesar QUINTANILLA, 33, is being sought in connection with multiple offenses including assault with a weapon, intimidation, unlawful confinement, and uttering threats, among others.

QUINTANILLA is described as Hispanic, 5’6” tall, 205 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has neck tattoos and is known to go by several aliases including Julio FERMAN, Ceasar FRENAN and Julio QUINTANILLO.
