Seeking Public Assistance - Bank Robbery

The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance in relation to a bank robbery that occurred late last week.

At approximately 10 a.m., on Friday, March 27, 2015, a man entered the Scotiabank located in the 1900 block of Southland Drive S.W. Once inside, he approached a teller and presented a note demanding money. The man then left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was injured as a result of the robbery.

The man is described as Aboriginal, in his early 20s, approximately 5’6” tall, 200 lbs., with a short, stocky build. He had short black hair and was wearing a grey winter jacket with a black zipper, black track pants and black and red shoes.
