Calgary Provincial Courts returned to full “business as usual” commencing Thursday, June 27th, 2013.

If you had a matter that was scheduled in court during the week of the Alberta Floods (June 21 – June 28) and were unable to attend, please refer to the instructions below to ensure your appearance to deal with your court matter(s).

Calgary Provincial Criminal Court - has returned to full operations.
If your matter was scheduled for any of the following court dates:

• Friday June 21st
• Monday June 24th
• Tuesday, June 25th
• Wednesday, June 26th
• Thursday, June 27th
• Friday, June 28th

And you (or your lawyer or an agent) were unable to attend, then your matter was automatically adjourned to Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 507. Failure to appear on Wednesday, July 17, 2013, may result in a summons or a warrant for your arrest.
