Police seeking public’s assistance with bank robbery

The Calgary Police Service is asking for the public’s help to find a man responsible for a southwest Calgary bank robbery.

At approximately 10 a.m., on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015, a man entered the Scotiabank located in the 2300 block of 162 Avenue S.W. He gave a robbery note to the teller and left with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured during the robbery.

The man is described as having darker skin, being in his late 20s, approximately 5’8” in height, 160 to 180 lbs with a slim build, clear complexion, black hair, dark eyes and a thin moustache.
