May Death Ruled Homicide

The Calgary Police Service is asking for public assistance in connection with the death of a man that has now been deemed a homicide.

Sardar Atiq KHAN, 41, was found dead inside his home in the 0-100 block of Martindale Drive N.E., at approximately 6:15 a.m., on Friday, May 30, 2014. It was initially believed KHAN died from a drug overdose, however, it has now been determined he was the victim of a homicide.

The Homicide Unit is investigating and detectives are interested in speaking with anyone who may have information about this case, including KHAN’s whereabouts in the days leading up to his death.
