Man Wanted on Robbery Warrants

The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance to help locate a man wanted on warrants for a bank robbery.

At approximately 10:15 a.m., on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, a man entered the Alberta Treasury Branch at 3620 17 Ave. S.E., and handed a robbery note to the staff. He indicated he had a firearm, but no weapon was seen.

He then left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.

A Canada-wide warrant for two counts of robbery has been issued for the arrest of Frederick Anthony COUCH, 43, from Calgary.

He is described as Caucasian, 5’8” tall, approximately 170 lbs., with a pock-marked face, brown hair and brown eyes. A photo of COUCH is available on the City of Calgary Newsroom.
