Inner City Break-ins

Due to several daytime break and enters in an inner city neighbourhood, the Calgary Police Service is reminding residents to ensure their doors and windows are properly secured.

Since the beginning of the month, there have been four break and enters in the community of Elbow Park. The majority of these offences are occurring on Mondays between 9 a.m. and noon, and on Fridays and Saturdays between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Calgarians are reminded to ensure their homes are always secured, regardless of whether or not their residence is occupied, and to immediately report any suspicious activity to police. Residents are encouraged to call 911 for any crimes in progress.
