Homicide arrest

Charges are pending against a man who was arrested today, in relation to a homicide that occurred in June 2012.
 
At approximately 9 p.m., on Friday, June 8, 2012, police were called to reports of a man being assaulted by two other men inside a silver Toyota 4Runner in the 1900 block of Southland Drive S.W. The horn of the vehicle was pressed several times during the assault.
 
When police arrived and circulated the area, they located the vehicle parked in an alley behind the Braeside Shopping Centre, with a deceased man inside.
 
The victim was identified as Graham Mark SEAR, 28, of Calgary
 
On Wednesday, May 22, 2013, police arrested Christopher Brian RICHARDS, 30, of Calgary, who was charged with one count of first-degree murder.
 
On Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, at approximately 11 a.m., officers arrested a man without incident, in the community of Evergreen. 

Police are unable to comment, and the man cannot be named, until the charges have been officially sworn to. A media availability will be scheduled for Friday, Nov. 8, 2013, once this has happened.
