Home-Invasion Robbery

The Calgary Police Service is investigating a nighttime home-invasion robbery in the city’s southeast.

At approximately 9:30 p.m., on Sunday, Jan.  18, 2015, police were called to the 0-100 block of Queen Ann Close S.E., for reports of a shot fired during an armed home invasion. It is believed three offenders fled the scene in an older model, white, Ford F350.

One resident suffered minor injuries and declined medical treatment at the scene.

Following a search of the home, officers did not locate any indication of a gunshot. This incident is not considered random, and it’s believed the home was targeted by the offenders.
