Composite sketch - sexual assault suspect

The Calgary Police Service is releasing a composite sketch as it continues to ask for assistance in identifying a man in relation to a stranger sexual assault that took place early this morning. 

Shortly before 3:30 a.m., today, Saturday, March 21, 2015, a woman was sleeping inside her residence in the 5300 block of 26 Avenue S.W. when she was awoken by an unknown male on top of her; a struggle ensued and the woman was sexually assaulted.

The male left the residence after the assault.

It is believed the man entered the victim’s residence through an unlocked door.

The suspect is described as an Aborginal male, between 28 to 33-years-old, approximately 5'7" tall. He has a skinny build, is clean shaven with bushy eyebrows, short clean cut hair and is generally neat in apperance. He was wearing black jeans, a black hoodie and a white T-shirt exposed at the top. He had a noticeable Adam's apple. The composite sketch is available on The City of Calgary Newsroom.
