Arrests Made in Early Morning Shooting

At approximately 6:00 am, March 9, 2014, police responded to a residence located in the 4300 block of Doverwood Place SE. in response to possible gunshots being fired.  Attending Police members observed a bullet hole through the back door and front façade of residence.  Two males believed to be related to the shooting were taken into custody near the scene. A sawed off shotgun was recoverred.  There were no injuries to the occupants of the residence. Police believe this to be a targeted attack.

Police have charged 21 year old Levi MITCHELL with Mischief to Property, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Careless Use of a Firearm, Possess Firearm without Being a Holder of a License, and Possession of Prohibited Firearm with Ammunition.

Also charged is 20 year old Levin HILL with Careless Use of a Firearm, Possess Firearm without Being a Holder of License, and Possession of Prohibited Firearm with Ammunition.
