Seeking Public Assistance - Gunshots

The Calgary Police Service is asking home owners in the community of south Rundle to be on the lookout for firearms and shell casings.

At approximately 9:30 p.m., on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015, officers were called to the community of Rundle for reports of a suspicious vehicle. While in the area, officers heard what they believed to be gunshots. No one was reported injured as a result and there have been no reports of property damage.

Officers have searched the area, but have been unable to locate a scene. The Guns and Gangs Unit is asking people who are bordered by Rundlehorn Drive on the north, 16 Avenue N.E. on the south, 36 Street N.E. on the west and 48 Street on the east, to check their property for any signs of gunshots, or weapons.
