The Calgary Fire Department responds to early morning Mobile Home fire

Shortly before 3:00 this morning the Calgary Fire Department was called to the Blackfoot Mobile Home Park for reports of a trailer fire.  Upon arrival, crews were met by a resident stating that the ceiling in his home was burning.  Fire crews entered the structure and found the entire ceiling engulfed in flames.  Crews quickly doused the fire and searched for victims.  Thankfully, the two people home at the time of the fire, safely evacuated prior to the Fire Departments arrival.  Unfortunately, the mobile home was severely damaged and will be uninhabitable. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
