Man Rescued from the Bow River

January 01 2013 at 11:33 AM Fire water rescue crews were called to 450 - 5 Ave SE to rescue a 40 year old male who was stranded on an ice shelf by the bridge abutment after falling into the water.

Fire crews took the man to shore were he was given to EMS for treatment and transport to hospital.
