Hero Neighbor Saves Home from Fire

Calgary Firefighters were called out this afternoon for a report of a house fire on the 200 block of Copperfield Manor SE. Crews arrived to extinguish a 2008 Gull Wing Mustang GT burning at the front of the home. It seems the owner had been out for a drive earlier and had parked his car on the driveway next to his house. A neighbor alerted the owner to the fire. The owner attempted to fight the fire while the Neighbor got in the vehicle and moved it away from the house saving the home from damage. No one was injured during the daring maneuver. The cause of the fire is under investigation. No damage estimate has been made.
