Firefighters respond to Vehicle fire in the North West

Firefighters were called out this evening just after 07:00 pm for a report of a garage fire. The Firefighters arrived at a home on the 1600 block of 14th ave. NW. to find a one ton flat bed GMC truck burning at the rear of the address.. Quick action by the firefighters confined the fire to concrete finishing equipment on the rear bed of the truck. The fire was prevented from spreading to a similar truck parked nearby. Fire investigators have been called to the scene to determine the cause of the fire. No injuries or other damage have been reported.
