CFD extinguish fire at Chinook Centre

Fire crews were called out this morning at approximately 4:30 a.m. for reports of a building fire at Chinook Centre. When crews arrived they found smoke coming from a hallway on the east side of the mall near the entrance to the Pottery Barn. Crews quickly extinguished the fire and then began removing smoke from the building. No injuries are reported . Losses were limited to smoke and water damage. The investigator remains on scene to determine the cause.
