Calgary Fire Crews Respond To House Fire In North West

Just before 1:30 this afternoon, Calgary firefighters were called to a bungalow on Hounslow Drive N.W for reports of a fire. A neighbour reported the fire, and when firefighters arrived, smoke and flames were showing. Fire crews had to force their way into the residence through the front door to attack the fire and search for occupants. No injuries were reported due to the fire, and crews protected exposures resulting in no damage to neighbouring homes.  Cause of the fire has yet to be determined and a Fire Investigator is on scene.
