We are looking for the public’s help to locate three men who are wanted on Canada-wide warrants in relation to a September 2021 kidnapping and robbery.

On Thursday, Sept. 9, 2021, at approximately 5:15 p.m., a woman was kidnapped and subsequently robbed when she left her residence to meet a friend.

During the incident, three armed men entered the woman’s vehicle and confined her to the back seat. The victim was then driven around the city for several hours while the men stole various items belonging to her, including her vehicle. The woman suffered minor injuries during the robbery.

Through the course of the investigation, detectives made significant efforts to identify the three suspects. Since then, two of the offenders were arrested and released on bail and have since failed to comply with court-ordered release conditions. We are now looking for the public’s help to locate all three men, who are all also wanted on additional warrants for unrelated offences.

Eyuel TAMRAT, 22, of Calgary, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for failing to comply with release conditions. TAMRAT was previously charged with 34 criminal offences in relation to this incident, including kidnapping, robbery, extortion, forcible confinement, assault with a weapon, uttering threats and multiple firearms offences. TAMRAT, who is also known as “$light”, is described as 5’10” tall, 180 pounds, with a medium build, black hair, brown eyes and tattoos on both arms.

Bol Atak AGOUT, 21, of Calgary, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for failing to comply with release conditions. Bol AGOUT was previously charged with 22 criminal offences in relation to this incident, including kidnapping, robbery, extortion, forcible confinement, assault with a weapon, uttering threats and multiple firearms offences. Bol AGOUT, also known as “Boomz”, is described as 6’2” tall, 230 pounds, with a heavy build, black hair and brown eyes.
