UPDATE - Police investigate fatal shooting in Falconridge

The Calgary Police Service’s Homicide Unit continues to investigate a fatal shooting that occurred in Falconridge on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022.

Investigators are looking into connections between Saturday’s shooting and the shooting that occurred on Friday, Nov. 11, 2022, in the community of Castleridge that left one man in critical condition.

As a result of the investigation, one suspect has been identified and is in police custody in relation to the shooting on Friday, Nov. 11, 2022.

Taylor ROAN, 25, of Calgary has been arrested on outstanding warrants related to the shooting on Friday, Nov. 11, 2022.

Investigation into both incidents remains active. We ask the public to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity or persons in the areas of Castleridge and Falconridge to police.
