Update: Police seek witnesses in incident near Franklin CTrain Station

Last week, we asked for information from the public to help advance an investigation after we located a man in medical distress near the Franklin CTrain Station.

After further investigation, the circumstances around the man’s condition have been deemed non-criminal and no additional information will be released.
